I Vomited This Morning And Was Shocked To See What

I vomited this morning and was shocked to see what might be broken blood vessels under my skin in my face. 12 hours later and my face still looks terrible. How long with the redness last and what can I do to speed it up? Is this indicative of a blood issue like easy bruising? I've not had this happen before and I'm 59!and in good health
