I Waited Over 24 Hours After My Last Use And

I waited over 24 hours after my last use and got sicker than ever withdraw bad and had detoxes before and never ever been threw so much hard core withdraw and back than I didn't detox that bad it was so horrible and scared to take but can't go threw this what do I do how to take and how much and which side.cant pay
