I Wake Up With Small Red Pumps On My Arms

I wake up with small red pumps on my arms and legs. Is there any skin condition associated with this or could it be something like bed bugs. I don't share my bed often but like last night I shared with my 9 year old son. And of course no evidence on him or any one who sleeps over and shares my bed. I don't notice the bumps until I scratch but shortly after the bumps are gone.
