I Wanna Know How To Get Shorter Like 3 Inches

I wanna know how to get shorter like 3 inches shorter would be great. I'm 5"7 now and I rlly want to be 5"4, I hate being tall expessially because I'm only 12 years old. If u have any suggestions on how I can maybe get shorter that'd be great. Thank you so much:)
