I Want A Tattoo!!! Yet I Have Keloid Skin. I

I want a tattoo!!! Yet I have keloid skin. I have had ear piercings since I was a baby and never had a keloid. When I was 12 I got a second piercing on my ears. But only one keloid appeared, which was on my right ear. I have gotten the keloid removed and haven't had another appear again. Could I still get a tattoo even with my keloid skin?
