I Want To Do Embolization Treatment For Varicocele. It's Diagnosed

I want to do embolization treatment for varicocele. It's diagnosed before 6 months. My job is teaching, If I stand more than 1 hour it getting feel uncomfortably and get pain in my left testicle. It is a grade II type.
Is it safe with the treatment of embolization. After the surgery is there any chance to recurrence of the pain, if I stand more than 1 hour after surgery can I feel good.
