I Want To Get Pregnancy In A Few Months, So

I want to get pregnancy in a few months, so my doctor in my country recommended me to take folic acid, as well as vitamin B12 and Iondine in some quantities.
Now, I am living in India, and I don't find this components in the same tablet, but one doctor recommended me to take All 9 or Folvite - MB.
What should I do? I would really follow the instructions my first doctor gave me, but here is impossible to find all together...
