I Want To Inquire About Trigger Fingers It Is My

I want to inquire about trigger fingers it is my little finger and the one next to it they both lock and I have to unlock them. I had major surgery in 2014 I had my large bowel removed caused by a perforation during a bowel procedure since then my fingers have been locking and seem to be getting worse what is the best way to deal with this.
