I Want To Know How Long Does It Take For

I want to know how long does it take for a woman to be pregnant when taking pregnacare cause i saw a phamlet of pregnacare says u drink tablets fr every month in three months is that true cause i took pregnacare for two months now n iv got pregnany symptoms n i took three test and they all became negative including de clearblue became negative n tmrw im going fr blood test hopefully it will become positive cause i dont want disapointment or is too early to test mybe or i must wait fr month end n do some tests again and de symptoms im having is feel like sleeping@work n slerp less @home at nyt n vomitting,eat less,headache,shallown eangles,feet,breast enlagen,movements in my stamach side by side,moody,cramps,im nt fan wth juice bt since wth ths symptoms i like it more n more,ect please help me
