I Want To Know If I Have Appendicitis? Have A

I want to know if I have appendicitis? Have a dull consistent pain on lower right side of stomach and travels to the ride side of my back. Consistent on the right side. It has been a couple of hours as it woke me up. When I woke up at 12:30, took a tylenol and had a cookie. Threw up the cookie and just periodically go to bathroom to throw up. Went back to bed for 10 minutes, but the uncomfortable pain has my attention. I have felt the need to throw up, but such salivia, dry heave. But the pain is throbbing like someone is poking me. I take hot showers and let the water run on the right side and the back side. Plan on calling my new primary care physician to see if she can see me. My former physician was is a gastronologist, but not eating the wrong food. Stomach is bloated, but don't think it is the cause whatsoever. do u think this is an appendix issue? Thank you.
