I Want To Know If My Grandmother Is Feeling Really

I want to know if my grandmother is feeling really heated on the inside of her body.. through her nose and mouth and she also has irritating skin like specific clothing she wears she gets itchy. I wanna know is there a specific type of clothing she needs to wear like cotton?... etc? Also for the heat inside of her body what can help reduce that?
