I Want To Know If There Are People With Spasticity

I want to know if there are people with spasticity resulting from spina bifida who are on a baclofen pump and can still walk? Would a person be better off without the pump if they don't have pain, just spasticity? Also, I cannot find any information on the pump except for people with MS that can't walk. Are there risks to having the pump removed? All kinds of questions. Thank you.
