I want to know if whilst breast feeding if it's possible to have a negative pregnancy urine test & still feel pregnant? Can you fall pregnant weeks after giving birth without protection? All my urine tests are coming back negative. I want to know when I can fall pregnant again whilst I am caring for a month old baby. Also when I should see my Doctor regarding this.
