I Want To Know More About The Procedure For Knee

I want to know more about the procedure for knee nerve burning. I had knee replacement but still have pain after 2 years. I am seeing a pain specialist and passed the genicular test with a nerve block to see if I qualify for the next procedure for burning the nerves. Please let me know what side effects I might experience, will I lose all feeling in my knee, will the nerves grow back and basically will I be free of pain for how long.
