I Want To Know The Meaning Of My Mom's Xray

I want to know the meaning of my mom's xray result. She is finished with her 6-month TB treatment and did the xray again with this result. --> There are suspicious infiltrates in both upper lobes. Haziness is also seen on both lower lings. Tracheal air column is slightly deviated to the left. The rest of the chest structures are unremarkable.

REMARK: Additional lordotic view suggested for better evaluation of the questionable portion of the lung. Bibasal pneumonia. Atheromatous aorta. Rule out right paratracheal mass.

Thanks!
