I Want To Know What Is Going On With Me.

I want to know what is going on with me. My stomach hurts in the lower middle and towards the right side. Also I keep using the bathroom and it hurts really bad every time I go it is round and very hard & bloody. It hurts every time I Urinate & I feel nauseated & very tired.
