I Want To Know Why My Hands And Feet Shake,

I want to know why my hands and feet shake, I have no control over it. My handwriting is terrible, used to be great. Cannot remember things. Have headaches galore. My mouth always is dry and feels nasty. Could care less if I needed to eat or not. Can go without food for days.
