I Wanted To Ask What The Symptoms Are For A

I wanted to ask what the symptoms are for a burnt esophagus due to hot food??? I was eating a strawberry pie from McDonald's & when I bit into it the insides where beyond hot. The pie was hot enough to burn the left side of my tongue & the roof of my mouth badly enough to cause a blister that popped. It's been 2 days since then & last night my chest & upper back started hurting so terribly. It doesn't cause pain to swallow my saliva but it hurts so much to breathe or be jarred around. Could I have burned more than just my mouth??? It throbs in my chest & back if I bend over or simply breathe, my neck as well as my shoulders hurt & feel stiff causing my head to become a bit ache.
