I Wanted To Check If Either A Lack Of Sleep

I wanted to check if either a lack of sleep or gaseous pressure / build-up in the stomach may cause a (periodic) fluttering sensation in the chest from possible irregular heartbeat? Alternatively, can the stomach affect the regular heartbeat pace or rhythm and is there any cure for this?
Thank You.
