I Wanted To Have A Better Understanding Of Heart Attack

I wanted to have a better understanding of heart attack symptoms because I keep getting this tingling feeling in my left arm and hands and some in my legs. I recently sprained my left knee and am currently on crutches. Because of this I didn't think much of it but my feet keep swelling and although I don't suffer from high blood pressure it was high when I went to emergency for the sprain and hasn't come down yet.
