I Wanted To Know What You Think About A Head

I wanted to know what you think about a head pain a while back and whether it's a stroke or the onset of a nervous breakdown.i have always felt anxious and was always overzealous. i had a panic attack about a month ago.im just a bit worried b/c having the panic attack i suddenly had an intense pain in my head and then felt the urge to scream and talk... i'm sure it wasn't a stroke, but i just still feel like voicing my thoughts out loud so i have to fight it
