I Was 12 Weeks Pregnant Roughly . Had An Abortion

I was 12 weeks pregnant roughly . Had an abortion 9/21/15 and me being dumb had sex roughly 6 days later without a condom. I took a pregnancy test that Monday it was positive , was told it was the hormones still . Now 3 weeks later I take a urine test and it is negative but my hcg level is 61 I got a blood test today. What's this all mean ?
