I Was 3 Days Late And I Got In A

I was 3 days late and I got in a car wreck and I started bleeding a little the nurse said that I would bleed for a day or two well it's been since Sunday and the bleeding has picked up and I'm having some pain on one side they also said I had a bladder infection as well but I do have an iud but it's out of place so I was wondering if that's normal
