I Was 6w2d Pregnant When I Took The Mifoprestone Tab

I was 6w2d pregnant when I took the mifoprestone tab day before yesterday. I didnt vomit. No bleeding occured as well. Today morning I took 4 misoprestol tabs orally. But vomited after 20min. Had severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea too after vomit. Now after 4hours I've started moderated amount of bleeding. Neither light...nor too heavy. But yet couldn't see any tissue or sac passing. Is my medication working? Or i just vomited it out? What's next???
