I Was Dx With Eustachian Tube Disfunction 9/3. I Am

I was Dx with Eustachian tube disfunction 9/3. I am doing as dr ordered, Flonase once a day for 30 days & Phenylephrine OTC every 4 hrs. Still not getting too much relief yet. I am 63 yr old female in excellent health & I live in Fl, so I know hay fever/ allergies is a big factor here. I am chewing gum, popping ears occasionally. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
