I Was Involved In A Car Accident 6 Months Ago

I was Involved in a car accident 6 months ago diagnosed with a lacerated spleen and liver and a collapsed lung .. I am concerned about the spleen when I drink a cold or caffeinated beverage I feel it hit my spleen and I have to stop drinking to let it make to my stomac or wherever but it’s usually the first couple of sips ... I have pain when I lay on the opposite side of the injured organ .. why the pain and the weirdness with liquid intake ?
