I Was A Passage In A Car That Was Broadsided

I was a passage in a car that was broadsided by another car. I was taken to emergency were they took xray of my right arm and right ribs. I was told I had a crack on my elbow and my rib. I saw my doctor who send me to the orthopedic. It did not look like I had a crack elbow but I did have a crack rib. Today (the second day) I was cold all day, then I felt like chills . It is now 6:03 and I have a fever of 101.1 . Is this something to be concerned about or should I go to urgent care?
