I Was A Smoker About 8 Month Ago But For

I was a smoker about 8 month ago but for the past year I've been in experiencing severe chest, back, shoulder and neck pain. I have been in pain everyday for atleast the past year or so and have had a variety of test but all were negative. What could it be?
