I Was Admitted To The ER Last Week With 205/170

I was admitted to the ER last week with 205/170 BP. I was released and I was scheduled for a regiment of follow-up tests this week. Because I'm not sure where I stand with my deductible I have declined treatment until I know where I stand financially. What risk should I watch out for while the insurance processes the ER bills?
