I Was Admitted To The Hospital Two Nights Ago After

I was admitted to the hospital two nights ago after fainting. Earlier in the day I had eaten some old cooked potatoes (about 10 days old) in my refrigerator. I had diarrhea and collapsed shortly after. I went to the doctor and collapsed there after feeling slightly better but got heart palpitations and nauseous and blacked out. I was taken to the ER where they found out that I had extremely high white blood cell counts and troponin levels 700x their normal rates. My Eckocardiograph was normal as well as a catscan negative for blood clots. I never got an answer but I was released. What is wrong with me?? I am an avid runner, 21, extremely healthy and exercise regularly and probably more than the average person (1-2 hours daily 6x a week).
