I Was Alprax Adict For Last 15 Yrs.now I Do

I was alprax adict for last 15 yrs.now i do not take alprax from 2 yrs.taking qutipion 50 and serta 50.I was good and suddden we left both of madicine.i was good after left it but after 4 month i am suffering from sleepless night.i am hard worker and start a lot of work but due to sleepless night i cannot justify with my work.
pls.help me with good madicine or give your appointment to meet you.
last alprax dose was 15 20 mg.
