I was asked to look up a drug spelled methaneoze or methaneose. The drug is related to treating a thyroid condition. From what I'm being told my cousin has had a drastic weight loss and was told he had some type of thyroid condition. His mother was unable to describe the condition due to hearing issues, but he is fatigued and lost a substantial amount of weight.
