I Was Assaulted And Hit In My Left Eye Causing

I was assaulted and hit in my left eye causing it to swell shut as well as a concussion. This took place on my property after I told the indidvual to leave and she mus t of had a ring on or something my eye is still black. How long will it take to get rid of this
