I Was At A Seminar With A Neurologist And Pain

I was at a seminar with a neurologist and pain expert who told the story of a man who had some very bad side effects from putting vics vapor rub in his nose. Have you heard of this? I am a care manager and want to be able to warn my members about this if it is true.
