I Was At Baseball Practice And My Wooden Bat Hit

I was at baseball practice and my wooden bat hit the outer bone of my right ankle on the right side of my ankle. It gives me sudden pain when pivoting and pain while walking (especially up stairs). Is it possible I could've sprained it?
