I Was At Church Last Week And Suddenly Everything Started

I was at church last week and suddenly everything started to get dark. It lasted for a few minutes. When I sat down I noticed that I had broken out in a heavy sweat on my arms and face. My husband helped me outside and I could see better. When I got home. I slept all day. I had no fever. Since then I have had a bad cold. I am 70 years old. Is this something I should follow up on.
