I Was At My Grandson's Soccer Game This Afternoon Where

I was at my grandson's soccer game this afternoon where I started getting the chills. Stomach was also upset and a little nauseous. When I got home, I had a fever of 101.6. I have taken advil and zantac but the fever continues to be 101.6. I am 70 years old and very active. Any ideas what could be going on?
