I Was At Swim Practice Today And I Hit My

I was at swim practice today and I hit my head swimming into the wall because I didn't see the flags. It felt more like a shock and my head didn't really hurt much afterwards but I did have a small headache and my neck hurts. I can't rotate my head very well without some pain. Should I see a doctor about this?
