I was at the gym doing bicep curls on the trx, the trx strap broke from the ceiling and I fell mid curl. Ever since I cannot straighten my arm without pain in the front part of my elbow ( palm up side) palm up is when I have the most pain. I had an mri and there was no tear. Its been 4 months and im still having pain. It was suggested it could be a bone bruise, if it is a bone bruise can I try to start lifting again can I do anymore damage? Really frustrated.
