I Was At Urgent Care For Dehydration Earlier Today. I

I was at urgent care for dehydration earlier today. I took two bags of fluids. After eating I took a nap and now I'm having pins and needles/numbness in my arms and legs- this has been going on over an hour now- should I return to the ER? My blood glucose was also slightly elevated and ketones +1. I do not have a diagnosis of diabetes but it does run in the family.
