I Was At Work And Got Chemicals On My Arms

I was at work and got chemicals on my arms and hands from an oven cleaner *not sure which as it was put into a generic bottle* now my arms have very distinct red marks from where it touched and burns terribly. I have washed my hands and arms many times. I used Aloe, Lotion, and Milk all to try, and everything outside of water and milk burned. There is currently only water on my arms.
