I Was Attempting To Pass Gas Today But Instead Of

I was attempting to pass gas today but instead of passing gas, I had an immediate diarrhea episode while at work in my clothes. This took place at least 20 minutes after eating my lunch. Is this IBS or another issue? This has never happened before. I also have abdominal soreness from doing yoga 2 days prior. I'm really not sure how to handle this.
