I Was Awakened In The Night With Sharp Stabbing Lower

I was awakened in the night with sharp stabbing lower abdomen pains. It reminded me of trapped gas. The pain came in waves and have subsided a bit. However, now I noticed that when I urinate, my urine seems restricted. It comes out, but as if through a smaller opening than usual.
