I Was Awakened Last Night By A Pain Along The

I was awakened last night by a pain along the anterior surface of my lower leg. I could feel a hardened rope like area running along the length of my leg. It lasted for maybe five minutes. I am a 63y/o female in good health with no injuries to the area.
