I Was Awoken Last Night From Sleep With A Sharp

I was awoken last night from sleep with a sharp pain in my right shoulder and pain in the upper right side which also traveled around to my back. Hard to take a deep breath without a good amount of pain. had the need to urinate several times during the night. The pain is sharp in the side but feels more like a gnawing feeling up under the middle of my diaphragm. Made it through the night but plan on seeing a doctor today as it hasn't gotten any better. Any hypothesis?
