I Was Baking A Cake And Started To See Large

I was baking a cake and started to see large volumes of white smoke coming from my stove vents. When I opened the door I had accidentally left a large cake pan with plastic lid on the lower shelf. I opened all the windows and put on the a/c and fans. I immediately turned off the oven and covered the vents with a big bath towel. My entire house was filled with smoke for at least 2 hours and my pets and I were inside. Now my dog is coughing, I'm wheezing and coughing. Is there anything I can do to help?
