I Was Been Suffering With Cheat Pressure And Stabbing Like

I was been suffering with cheat pressure and stabbing like sensation for the past 5 weeks, I went all cardio related examinations like ECG, echo -cardio gram and even blood test. Doctor has confirmed that there is no symptom of heart disease but the above problems persists to me ,please assist.
