I Was Being Treated For Chronic Pain, For The Last

I was being treated for chronic pain, for the last 6 years been on a fentanyl 100 mcg/h. Pain from surgery to remove my lower left lung due to a carcinoid tumor. Pain is a nightmare and was told I could only expect this pain medication to give me maybe 45 to 60% relief. I was doing ok with that. Now I am told I can no longer have the patch (because of people abusing them which I never did had an excellent record. What mg oxycontin will give me the same pain control? Thank you.
