I Was Bending Over And Hit My Head On A

I was bending over and hit my head on a window seal. It's on the left side of my head, higher up near my hairline, forehead area. Its a bit raised and I have had a dull headache on and and off since it happened the night before last night. I have reading about horror stories about hematomas and such, I am worried I could have one. Unfortunately I don't have insurance, so I am trying to avoid the hospital if possible. No nausea, dizziness or dialated pupils.
