I Was Bending Over To Put On Socks On Saturday

I was bending over to put on socks on Saturday and I twisted my back. Now I have pain between my shoulder blades and up through my neck. Not sure what I should do, if I need to see a Dr or if there is something I can do to relieve the pain. Thanks
